Deliveries placed before 10am can be delivered the same day (this is subject to availabilty of items and couriers timetable)
Any Deliveries placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Christmas Deliveries
This is a very busy time for us . Please allow 2-4 days for shipping of these orders.
Special Delivery instructions are welcome please specifiy the dates that you would like your order to be dispatched and we will do our best to accomodate this.
Multiple Deliveries
For multiple gift deliveries to the same address, freight costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch
Overseas Orders
Byron Bay Gift Hampers deliver gifts overseas upon request. Delivery Costs and reqired details will be confirmed prior to accepting the order and dispatching the gift.
Byron Bay Gift Hampers reserves the right to reject Overseas Gift Deliveries.
SALE OF LIQUOR
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Byron Bay Gift Hampers immediatley as once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Byron Bay Gift Hampers.
